Principles

Billing principles

Charges follow the configuration and cycle at checkout; prices and add-ons appear in the purchase flow.

What you see is what you pay

List price covers slot, bandwidth, and IP; add-ons bill only when selected in the wizard.

Switch cycles

Daily for PoC; weekly/monthly/quarterly for steady load—renew in the console.

Cancel anytime

Stop your cycle when you are done—no “de-rack fee” story.

Longer cycles save

Quarterly lowers effective daily cost—great for always-on builds and inference.

FAQ

Before you order

Is it a virtual machine?

No. Apple Mac mini hardware—you own the CPU/GPU/RAM/disk boundary.

How soon after payment?

Standard configs usually finish in minutes on the pipeline; add-ons or peak queues may extend—follow the console status.

Where is SSH info?

Console → device details show host, port, and username—switch to keys as soon as you can.

How often does the VNC password change?

It rotates on a schedule—copy the latest password from the detail page each time; do not hard-code it in scripts.
